Gas appliance need to be serviced regularly to ensure that they are safe and efficient. From time to time various components of a system can become blocked or corrode. In the case of a gas flue this can be dangerous and result in the build up of Carbon Mon Oxide in the living space. As well as the dangerous build up of deadly gases the system can also run less efficiently causing higher bills to the owner. We can provide servicing for gas apppliances using our fully qualified and registered engineers, increasing the efficiency and safety of your gas appliances, and thus giving you your peace of mind.
Landlords Inspections
Current legislation requires that landlords and letting agents ensure that their properties are safe.
This includes the requirement to attain a certifacte for "gas safety" in particular.
We are qualified in the test and inspection of all gas appliances and are registered members of Gas Safe.

A form will be provided on completion of an inspection which will provide all details required including appliances that require maintainance or have passed their sell by date.
Inspections can also be booked alongside a boiler service, for an even more attractive rate.
